Ingredients
1 large ripe mango peeled, chopped
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup milk
Honey/sugar to taste (I used honey)
Crushed ice
Mint for garnish (optional)
Method
Blend chopped mango to a smooth paste, add the remaining ingredients and blend together. Serve in a tall glass with a spring of mint and touch of love.
Note:
- I have reserved a little mango pulp for that extra kick on top of lassi (as a garnish as well).
- If you like your lassi thick, you may avoid adding crushed ice and instead add frozen mango (freeze the chopped mango and add instead of ice during blending the ingredients)
- I like my lassi plain but you may always flavor your's with a hint of cardamom powder, rose water or a pinch of saffron.
