Easy Chocolate Brownie

This is the quickest and easiest brownie I had ever made, yet so very tasty.
Easy Chocolate Brownie


Ingredients
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter 
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened  cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt

1/3 cup chopped almonds or any dry fruit of your choice (completely optional)
2 tbsp warm water

Method
  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease a baking pan.
  • In a bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder.
  • Add coffee powder in the warm water and mix well.
  • In another bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, and vanilla. 
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.Combine the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well blended. Stir in almonds, if desired. 
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. 
  • Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
